About Us
UKEC International (UKECI) is part of a big umbrella of UKEC and was established in 2015 by two qualified and experienced teachers, Ms. Lina Li and Mr. Graham Ford, who have taught in the United Kingdom, the Middle East and China, in both private and state schools, gaining vital experience of diverse ranges of the academic and global cultural spectrum.
We recognised the demands of the developing market for younger Chinese students coming to attend the world-renowned British private schools for education, life-long learning and personal development, which in turn can lead to facilitating entry into the top universities throughout the world.
Our aim is to provide a dedicated and comprehensive ‘one stop’ service to partner schools/colleges and Chinese families. Here at UKEC International, we are confident that we deliver our quality service based on long-standing experience and knowledge of the British education system, coupled with the appreciation of quality being key to both a successful education and the happiness of our children.
We have established a strong partnership with many renowned independent schools and sixth form colleges, and more are joining with us as the company is expanding. In China we have 6 offices located in Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing and Xiamen.
2017 saw a newly-established UK office opened at Wellington Business Park, Crowthorne, Berkshire, in order to better facilitate the communication and operation between our partnered schools and Chinese families.
UKEC International can additionally offer pre-GCSE or A-level training at International Study Centres, prior to commencing study at your chosen establishment. This is to ensure a competent level of English comprehension and oral ability, for a successful and enjoyable time for pupils and those teaching them alike.
